We do not offer possibilities for online purchasing as the banking system in Cambodia is still under-developed, there is no service for credit cards payment. Therefore, we can only accept bank transfers.

Sales Policy and Guarantee: as the products are handmade, there may be some slight variations between the photos shown in the website and the product you receive. Nevertheless, if you feel that the item is not as described we will cheerfully refund full purchase price providing the item is returned in the condition it was sent within 30 calendar days. This period is to begin from the day of receipt of item.

Shipping: We ship by EMS, as it is cheap, fast, efficient, and reliable. Most things arrive in the country of destination within 7 working days of being posted, although actual delivery time may vary according to the individual destination country’s postal and customs procedures. Items are sent using sturdy boxes. Parcel Surface mail is also available if you are in no big hurry and want to save on money. Delivery usually about 60 days to North America and Europe and about half the price of EMS. For large shipments we offer professional shipping and packing services. Of course if you want your item fast and money is no object we will send Fed Ex, DHL or UPS as per your instructions.
